TADPOLES.... YES ... WE GOT TADPOLES

Yes, the West Regional Branch Library has Tadpoles... come to the children department and take a look at our "beautiful" tadpoles....

Did you know  that Tadpoles are young amphibians that usually live in the water...(?)...(some are terrestrial). Tadpoles are also called:  Pollywog.  Tadpole is the larval stage in the life cycle of an amphibian, particularly that of a frog or a toad.   They do not have arms or legs until the transition to adulthood.  Tadpoles typically have a large flattened tail with which they swim...
So come and visit the children's department and take a look at our .... TADPOLES....
